  • The booking is only valid when you receive a final confirmation email about availability and advance payment from us.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

  • For cancelation +60 days before arrival we refund you the 90%.
  • For cancelation +21 days before arrival we refund you the 70%.
  • For candelation -21 days before arrival you are charged with the entire deposit
  • No-show or departure prior to the scheduled date, results in a charge of 100% of the cost of the stay.
  • The refund is made within 30 days of cancellation
